Edwin has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney, most of it in labour law and litigation.
He served his articles at Peers Attorneys in Marshalltown, Johannesburg, where he worked on commercial and corporate law, and was admitted as an attorney in April 2003.
He then worked at Lebea & Associates, Nomali Tshabalala Attorneys and Leppan Beech Inc. In April 2006 he joined Maserumule Inc as an associate, became a senior associate soon after, and was appointed a director and member of the board within two years.
In 2016 he founded Edwin S Nkwana Inc. He chairs and prosecutes disciplinary hearings, leads workplace and forensic investigations, and handles litigation in labour and civil matters.
